President


Christoph is a graduate student of political sciences and slavonic studies in Vienna. His interests lie with matters of security policy, peace and conflict research. In his studies, he focuses on Russia, Belarus and other CIS members. He is a reserve officer in charge of a repair and maintenance platoon within an infantry battalion.

Vice President


Ben holds a Master’s degree in International Security from Sciences Po, Paris School of International Affairs. Currently, he’s a lecturer at Donau Universität Krems teaching Security Policy and Radicalization in the Master’s programme Political Education. His research topics include International Relations, Asymmetrical Warfare & Radicalisation as well as the strategic behaviour of state and non-state actors with a focus on the MENA region.

Maximilian
Mayerhofer

Treasurer


Max is a student at University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna with a focus on biomedicine and biotechnology. His interests include Genome Editing (e.q. CRISPR) as well as biodefense and global disease politics. He serves as the second-in-command of a pack animal element in the Austrian Armed Forces mountain infantry.

Bernhard
Völkl

Bernhard graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business and is currently studying Digital Innovation at University College Dublin. He focuses on new and unorthodox forms of innovation, their impact on business models and organisational change. After a deployment to Syria, Bernhard now serves as a public relations officer and a platoon leader in a reserve infantry battalion.
